Why MCIA: It felt like a long lost dream for me to be a part of a dance team because I thought I had lost my chance when my mom asked me if I wanted to sign up for a dance team in highschool but I refused because I was scared. As time went on, I regretted saying no, so even though I was scared, I decided to try out MCIA wanting to be a part of something bigger than myself and MCIA was so welcoming. Even though on the outside I would say that I respected whatever decision Cabbie made to let me in or not, on the inside I wanted to be a part of MCIA bad. Also found out there were rly cool + swag people during workshops too so really, why would you not want to try out?
